After you’ve received your kinesiology balance, there’s quite a lot going on under the surface as your body & energy shifts & re-aligns to support your healing around the goals we’ve been working on.
Everyone responds differently after a treatment. Some clients feel lighter, euphoric, more focused and relief with all parts of self in agreement in regard to how to progress. Some times after a treatment, a body will take time to integrate the change. Some people require more sleep, others experience greater energy levels, it really is quite unique.
Certain shifts might be quite obvious and immediate to you. For example; removal of pain or changes in perception. Other times, the effects of the balance will be more subtle or take a little longer to come to full effect.
So it’s really important to maximise the benefits of the session:
- Drink plenty of water…. You will hear me say this a lot, so simple, yet so vital.
- Do your home reinforcement exercises. Get straight onto the supportive measures. If you have meridian points to hold or essences to take do these as soon as possible to the balance. This will allow you to maximise the momentum created in the session.
- Be gentle with yourself. There is usually a lot going on after a balance. Take the time to nurture yourself however that best suits you. Rest, exercise, a walk in the park can all make the world of difference.
